Free Printable Perpetual Calendar Planner Pages for free download so you can create your own DIY planner at home.

Who doesn’t want to be organized and plan for success, right?
I’ve always loved notebooks, stationery and planning… but always found it difficult to fit myself into a specific format, a specific number of pages and all the pre-printed planner systems out there.
I have always found myself wasting pages, skipping pages and often not having enough of certain pages. It’s a one size does not fit all situation.
That’s why I turned to creating printables and came up with my own set of perpetual planner pages.
I have tried bullet journaling and love the flexibility, but I also found redrawing boxes to be a waste of my time in the long-term.
Creating a perpetual, flexible printable design was the in-between that suits my needs.
These perpetual planner pages are between the two spectrums. It’s ready-made and easily printed again and again, but you can fill in the dates and use the unlabelled lined, list and blank pages for a variety of planning needs. I find this system to works the best for me.
You will get printable pages in both A4 or Letter sized PDFs for:
- year-long, 12 month calendar of goals page
- monthly calendar at-a-glance page
- weekly calendar at-a-glance with notes page
- check list lined note page
- half page blank note page
- full page blank brainstorming page

These perpetual calendar and planner pages will help you:
- plan your year-long goals, be your future log and record important dates that you want to see year-at-a-glance
- organize your monthly calendar, blog, or menu planning in a month-at-a-glance view
- organize your weekly tasks along with a notes checklist page
- organize your lists and to-dos no matter how many pages you need

We all have busy lives and a million thoughts rushing around up in the noggin’ – so it’s really not uncommon to actually forget to do important daily tasks.
We all want to get a lot done, but it’s another thing to actually check off ALL the tasks on your ginormous to do list.
I’ve personally always had trouble keeping consistent on daily tasks and forming lifelong habits. I might get on for a stretch, but then I literally just forget and that triggers a downward spiral.
Hmm, maybe I need to actually form more habits, right? I’ve learned that to build a habit, you need a trigger that sparks you to do the thing and then you have to give yourself a reward to reinforce the habit.
I know, sounds like dog training, but I guess if it works, it’s all good!
So I created a monthly habit tracker to help myself with my habit building. It’s a great way to make a list that you can use as a reminder, as well as check off day by day, so you get that satisfaction as well.
But it’s not really about generating and keeping a stack of filled out habit trackers – I mean, unless you like that kind of thing!
It’s really about the process of making your list each month and giving yourself the time to evaluate what you consider important enough to actually make into a habit.
And it’s great if you crush it every day and get that perfect attendance award, but it’s also okay to realize at the end of the month that maybe some items on your wish list aren’t that important after all. Or maybe you need to focus on a smaller set of items to begin with.
I think a habit tracker is a great way to keep working on positive change in your life and to keep a running list of habit “experiments.” Consider it an experiment to see if it truly sticks for your lifestyle.
You can use this free printable monthly habit tracker to get mindful about your daily actions and what you are working towards in life. I hope it helps you to build amazing habits and reach your ultimate goals!

Ready for a lifestyle change?
I truly believe that we have to take a holistic approach when it comes to health and wellness. Holistic simply means that I believe that all parts of our mind, body and spirit are interconnected and must be cared for equally.
So to live a full and happy life, you have to take into account your whole person, not just treating symptoms of an issue, but take into account mental and social factors. It’s really all interconnected.
Think of how you can physically be just fine, yet emotionally be suffering and not well.
What I’ve learned is that there are different parts of our lifestyle that we have to address to make sure we nurture mind, body and soul. That is the key to living well.
I was first introduced to the wellness pyramid after discovering doTERRA essential oils. The great thing about the company is that they aren’t just selling oils. They are founded on a wellness philosophy of healthy living. They educate us on self-care and taking a proactive role in our own health and wellness.
I have learned that to live healthier and happier, I simply have to address the various areas in the wellness pyramid to make sure I’m taking care of myself.
For basic things like eating healthy and exercising, I think we all know we SHOULD be doing those things. The hard part is doing them…
At the base of the pyramid is healthy eating and exercise. This is probably something we all already know. Of course, as with all things, knowing is one thing. Doing and making it a part of our lifestyle is the hard part.
The key is to use the tools and resources around us to help make healthy choices easy and routine! Whether you use essential oils, bullet journaling, accountability or whatever to motivate you – whatever works! Use whatever you need to do the right thing!
As we move up the wellness pyramid, we start to hit upon categories that we often neglect.
Getting enough rest and managing our stresses in life are supremely important to contributing to a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Yet, we all often don’t even consider them important aspects.
But there are plenty of research articles and scientific studies about how the lack of sleep and rest is really a huge factor in our lack of energy, focus and motivation for doing things. Effectively, we are setting ourselves up for failure, right?
There’s also this idea of stress management and I like to say, mood management. Life is full of ups and downs and we must have tools for helping us deal with the challenges and changes of moods we experience.
It’s not about being happy all the time – that’s certainly not possible!
It’s really about how we react to negative situations and events. How we can help ourselves process them, so we can get back to a more balanced state. Maybe you love art journaling. Maybe you get it all out physically when you work out at the gym. Maybe essential oils are a great option for you to deal with anxiety, uplift your mood and get through the day.
Whatever tools you use, I hope you have a list of things to go to for this exact purpose. Don’t underestimate how being mindful of your feelings, addressing them and processing them… can be such a boost in your lifestyle for living better and being more well-balanced.
I myself have experienced such a HUGE change, as I worked on balancing my moods and dealing with my feelings day to day, instead of stuffing them down and thinking it’s all fluffy, mushy stuff.
You feel a certain way for a reason, so address it. I believe it is an integral part of learning more about ourselves. When we feel something, it’s our bodies telling us we need to address those feelings. It’s such and important skill to learn throughout life and if you have kids, you should definitely be thinking about how being emotionally agile is a super important skill to develop in life. One of those life skill things, that is not something they teach at school unfortunately!
As you move up the wellness pyramid there is the reminder to reduce toxic load, another huge factor that affects how we feel. The products we use and put on and in our bodies… the varied chemicals we use in our homes and expose our entire family to. What you use today, is it what you want for your life and family?
Are you effectively adding toxins to your body from the moment your children are born?
I don’t mean to be hysterical or judgemental about it. I know we all try to do our best and we have limitations depending on our lifestyle and situation. But just being more aware of the products we choose, will alter your way of thinking. Suddenly you will take more notice and realize there are better choices available. After having kids, I definitely became more aware of the importance of the products we use, especially when certain people have certain allergies.
Consider how something that seems just a little bit today… how it builds up over time. After days, weeks, months, years, decades of time in your life. It has a huge impact.
You can imagine the amount of toxins we are adding to our lifestyle if you think long term, so make whatever little changes you can. Using natural products, eating organic… avoiding the obvious bad choice when there are better options available, right?
Finally we move to informed self-care and proactive medical care.
I think of this part of the pyramid as multi-faceted because there are the obvious things that one might think of first. Self-care in terms of our bodies and hygiene. Medical care in terms of getting our check-ups regularly and going to the doctor for professional help when needed.
Those aspects seem natural, but what about self-care for your mind and spirit?
Time and time again, I move back to this holistic way of thinking… to ensure that all parts of you, the WHOLE YOU, is being taking care of. Not waiting for something bad to happen, that you then have to address, but to be proactive about caring for yourself.
Personally, essential oils have made all the difference for me. I have developed amazing routines and rituals to help myself not only pay attention to the physical aspects that need care, but the emotional aspects as well.
And let’s talk a bit about being pro-active instead of re-active.
When you are pro-active at the command center of all things you, it means you are making sure all is well and taking care of areas that might be a bit depleted or needing… before it gets really bad. Think about how much easier it is to bounce back from really challenging events in your life, when you are running on the borderline of breaking down. Know what I mean?
I want to live well and at the best, most optimal level possible. Why not, right?
That is why I think it’s really important and helpful to consider the wellness pyramid and what goals you have for each area. If you have a lot of things you need to work on, tackle one area of focus first. You can then go from there with the momentum of change in your life. Every journey begins with a single tiny step.
I created this wellness pyramid printable as a reminder for myself to address all areas of living a healthy lifestyle. It’s a great reminder for when you feel a bit off, so you can stop and consider what is needing.
With this printable worksheet you can evaluate where you stand in the various levels of the wellness pyramid and where you want to be instead. Then you can formulate the steps your need to take to move forward to a better living.
To improve your life, you have to make some changes and they will be long-lasting ONLY if you change your lifestyle habits!

We all know that we have to eat healthy and take care of our physical bodies, but what about your emotional health?
Where do you stand?
Life is filled with a gamut of emotions and it’s not always possible to process them all in the moment. The issue is that most of us just shut out our feelings, instead of spending a bit of time understanding them. We push our feelings aside because we’ve just got other things we have to do in our busy everyday schedules.
The problem is that all these emotions build up inside and one day, the cup runneth over and we explode, often lashing out a load of emotions on an unsuspecting subject.
I know that when I lose patience with my kids, it’s not because their bit of disobedience truly warranted such an explosive response. It’s usually because I’m bogged down with so many emotions from a long period of time that I haven’t properly processed.
How often do you find yourself overreacting to certain situations? You might realize this after the fact and think, gosh, I really could have avoided all the drama!
Sure, we are all human and sometimes our responses come out a bit too strong. The issue is that these outbursts are not constructive. They are not helping anyone really… it’s just a vicious cycle.
We have to work on being responsible for our emotional health and processing our feelings as they come up, so we don’t keep feeding that pot of emotions that can boil over in anger and anxiety.
So how do we keep emotionally healthy?
I’ve learned that it is really important to take notice of our moods and how we truly feel. If your emotions run over, take note and acknowledge the situation. Even if the “victim” is a little kid, you can explain. You can apologize. Be a model for them to learn from.
How often do you blow up at your significant other, but the reasons behind it are completely unrelated the matter at hand? When you realize this, don’t hesitate to just apologize and explain.
Say something like, gosh, I’m just so stressed about this work situation, sorry for overreacting. It’s really not that difficult and these little mindful steps will slowly but surely change your perspective and allow you to be more aware of your feelings.
You also want to take care of yourself and nurture your needs. If you are feeling anxiety, sad or worried about something… explore those feelings. Don’t hide them or ignore them. You have to take some time to journal your thoughts out, talk to a loved one and work through them. Whether you have to go for a run to clear your mind or go work out at the gym… do whatever you need, so you aren’t bottling up emotions.
Sometimes you have to deal with issues and life situations that cause you distress. If you can’t change certain parameters, you can at least deal with them, so you can decompress. Maybe you need girls nights out, venting sessions or dance parties. Whatever can help you process emotions that are unavoidable.
The key is to be aware and take care!
When we are emotionally healthy, it means we are able to cope with all the challenges life might throw at us and recover from setbacks, to live better and happier.
Keeping yourself emotionally healthy doesn’t mean you will never get depressed, stressed or anxious. Rather it means you have a toolkit for dealing with hard times, enabling you to live life to the fullest – despite all the challenges.
I’m always working to boost my emotional health and resilience and often revisit these areas of my life to make sure I’m nurturing them.
- eating healthy
- staying active and fit
- social connection
- getting enough rest and sleep
- managing stress and moods
One thing I have found particularly useful is to incorporate the use of essential oils in my rituals and habits, to help manage and balance my moods.
I can turn to an easy and natural solution when it comes to negative moods such as stress, lack of motivation and fatigue. Using essential oils has helped me to be more emotionally balanced and actively improve my attitude in any situation.
It’s definitely been a game changer, and I encourage you to find whatever you need to help yourself build up your emotional health.

You and I both know that excess sugar is no good for our bodies.
I certainly feel the issue every single day. It’s like a drug, because it can be so addictive. We know better, but it’s not easy to take action when life is so busy and we are occupied with so many other things from morning until night.
I’ve personally tried to quit sugar many times, but my attempts to strip it out violently hasn’t worked. I would be strong for awhile, then fall back into the hole and start binging.
Each time, it just made me feel gross and unhappy about my habits in life. Can you relate?
I truly want to kick the sugar habit, but small attempts here and there have been unsuccessful for me. I realize that it’s time to take it all a bit more seriously.
I feel that when things get hard for me, it’s all the more reason to investigate and figure it out. It’s probably important and that’s why it’s so challenging.
Sugar is said to be the single biggest contributor to weight gain, type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease, cancer, liver disease, Alzheimer’s and more.
There are plenty of scientific studies that show that sugar is the dietary contributor to a whole lot of diseases. From the World Health Organization to the American Institute for Cancer Research to the Journal of Pharmaceutical Research. A simple Google search will reveal all. Look it up and weep!
It’s not that sugar is all bad, but it’s all the extra, non-natural, processed kind that is consumed in so many products today. Often, we don’t even realize it! Products in our supermarkets today contain all kinds of sugars, even when you least expect it.
I know that to live a healthy lifestyle, I need to go to the foundations and make sure I’m not bombarding my system with sugar that can cause all sorts of imbalances and damage.
It’s all related after all. Thyroid conditions can cause fatigue, weight gain, joint pains and depression. Adrenal fatigue can cause skin conditions, diabetes, metabolic disorders and immune disorders and more. Weight gain and hormonal imbalances… all these bad things can come from excessive sugar consumption. Yikes!
Of course, the root of the matter is how to quit sugar. Like many things in life, we know what is best… but how to put it in action?
Well, that’s why I created this sugar workbook to help myself kick the habit. And to give myself all the help possible, I’ve started using my essential oils as a companion along this challenge.
The idea is to assess the situation, create a plan for healthy foundations and focus on problem areas. It might not be an overnight fix, but slowly I will kick the bad choices out of my life. We have to create new, better habits to replace the bad ones!
The only way to get to success, is to set ourselves up for success, right?
Download this printable sugar workbook I’ve created to help with your journey to better living. It will guide you through the steps of tracking consumption, finding replacements and forming better habits for a better lifestyle, without sugar!
