Check out these pretty woven patterned paper downloads – they make great background papers for journaling and more!
Here is one of my favorite patterned paper designs, just a classic diagonal stripe that gives the effect of a woven fabric or basket. However, when you play around with the colors you can create many variations that are super fun to use for a variety of projects.
What do you think of these icy blue, green forest and lavender pink color palettes? I’m always looking for pretty patterned papers to use in my journals so download these pretty woven patterned paper downloads for your next project.
There is a slight texture on top of all these designs to give it a more rough and natural type of look, rather than straight graphic colors. I think it’s much more organic feeling.

Check out this free printable checkered patterned paper downloads with updated colors, a perfect background for your journal pages, planner decor and other DIY paper projects. What will you use these set of patterned papers for?
So previously I already shared this patterned paper design as a Cozy Checkered Patterned Paper Download – but I wanted a brighter color palette without the stark white background. So I decided to design an updated set of papers with lovely bright colors that would be great for summertime paper projects.
This checkered pattern is a bit fuzzy and organic looking, which is something I love about this straightforward patterned design. The slight texture and organic lines just give it a comfortable fun feel. And now that we have an entire set in a colorful fun palette of colors, I think this will be a staple in many of my journaling projects. You get a poolside blue, grassy green, pop ink, lovely lavender and fun yellow paper patterned colors in this free printable set.
