As we prepare for the new year, I was putting my printable planner together and wanted a 2024 year at a glance calendar. I always find them helpful to see the dates as an overview and also for tracking certain data and habits. You can even print multiple copies and use it as a daily habit tracker!
I’ve pulled out my cute girl doodles and revamped an old calendar design to be updated for 2024. I just love that there is a motivational quote in the center, so every time I look at this overview, I get a boost of inspiration. I hope you like it too!

Check out these Free Planner Dashboard Printables to add to your system for a splash of pretty inspiration and motivational phrases.
When it comes to planner sizes, I know there are so many options out there, so I decided to create these designs on a full LETTER sized paper. This means you can print it large like an art print or size down as necessary. I’m not an expert at all regarding conversion of sizes, but I’ve made sure to leave a lot of spacing around the central design, so you can always just trim to get the exact size you want.
The designs are all in a pinky earthy color palette that I’m totally feeling now. Very cozy and homey, but chic fashionable as well. There’s a light animal print pattern in the background with the white motivational phrase in the lower right corner. With a variety of phrases and colors to choose from, these dashboards can be very aesthetic but also functional in separating sections of your planner. I always love to include a bit of motivational artwork in my planner, even if I’m mostly functional and don’t use stickers or decorate. Since I look at my planner every day, I want it to be filled with things I WANT to see on a regular basis.

Use this handy downloadable 2021 Printable Yearly Calendar for all your planners and notebooks! We always need an overview of the year to keep organized.
Here’s a yearly calendar printable for 2021 that is a MONDAY START. I’m definitely a Monday start kind of person and it makes more sense in my mind for the yearly and monthly view. If might also be helpful to highlight the weekends at the end if you prefer that view… but I have kept this design completely black and white for ease of printing and customization.
You can get your schedule and plans organized with a full year view at-a-glance – use this calendar however you see fit! Just download the PDF below and print as many copies as you need below. Here are some ideas on how I use yearly calendar views…
2021 Yearly Calendar View
This freebie printable is something I create almost every year, because it’s just so handy all around the house. We can always use a yearly calendar view – at your desk, on the fridge, in your planner. For quick reference of dates, it’s helpful to see the whole year on a sheet of paper.
Habit Tracking
Other than providing an at-a-glance view of the coming year, yearly calendars are also great as habit trackers. You can print as many copies as you need and label the top for one habit. Then cross out or highlight each day you complete your habit daily. You can also highlight or cross out a week, if your habit is weekly, instead of daily. Some folks actually collage over each month for a monthly habit or documentation as well. A lot of ideas and ways to keep yourself on track!

Never forget birthdays or important events using this 2020 quarterly calendar printable to track dates and see an overview of when you need to prepare!
I’ve always been intrigued by all the beautiful bullet journal layouts created for collecting all kinds of information and it’s definitely an addiction to keep scrolling on Instagram! There are so many beautiful and functional ways to keep important notes.
Recently, I saw this general layout for a calendaring system and I thought it was perfect for keeping track of birthdays and special events. Designed with the calendar up top and a list format to write out important dates, you can keep track of things on a monthly, quarterly basis and truly see the entire year at-a-glance.
I realized that it was perfect as a reminder on the wall, to make sure I send out those birthday cards and event related occasions. So important to keep connected with friends and family, right?
So I’ve designed this as a printable to add to my system and even though it fits nicely in a binder planner, it’s actually quite nice taped up on the wall as well!

What’s a 2020 printable calendar for?
I’ve posted about my free 2020 printable calendar previously, but after creating all the printables to help reset my life, I wanted to create another version in the same style. So the first variation is simply the entire year at-a-glance, Monday-start in a classic black and white, minimalist style.
However, as I was considering the various notes I wanted to take, whether from a tracking perspective or a pre-planning perspective, I realized there were a few other year-at-a-glance printables needed.
Similar to the project calendar printable, it’s nice to be able to have a printable for the entire year and list out action bullets for each quarter, each month or even each week. Do you ever find the need for something like that?
I decided to create these variations which are actually perpetual printables that you can use year after year. It’s just a nice way to see plans from a high-level for each of those timeframes.
It’s also quite helpful for the purposes of tracking, if you happen to want to track weekly and monthly tasks. When it comes to daily habit tracking, I try not to focus on more than one new thing at a time. Which means, I simply print the 2020 yearly calendar and cross out the days as I go – easy and simple!
