DIY Journal Planner | Tomoe River Paper

DIY Journal Planner | Tomoe River Paper

Here’s my process of making a journal with tomoe river paper, super thin paper that takes up very little space. So I have cut slits in the spine for binding instead of punching holes.

I’m still a beginner a using tomoe river paper, so if you have tips or tricks, please share – I would really appreciate it!

DIY Journal With All The Mistakes Possible!

DIY journal with all the mistakes

Sometimes (or maybe many times) a DIY project just doing go as smoothly as you might have imagined. I’ve been making journals for many years, but things still go wrong. Here’s an attempt documented where I make a lot of mistakes.

I thought it was just a failed attempt, wasted time and footage. But then I realized it might actually be a great experience to share… because flaws are not necessarily bad and even when a handmade item is not totally perfect, you might still have a precious item to use regardless.

Cute Free Printable Notecards

Looking for some cute free printable notecards? Then you’ll definitely want to grab this free printable and start creating some snail mail in style!

This printable notecard format comes in both A4 and LETTER page sizes and is meant to be printed Actual Size and simple cut in half and folded. Easy peasy, right?

For those who can print full-bleed, you can print the full pink background version to the edge. Otherwise you might like the white background version instead, which also takes less ink. Or you can just trim the excess, whatever works for your situation.

I’ve always loved drawing cute girls, so this is a classic cute girl that I draw digitally. It’s a cute little girl to say “hi there!” that works for many occasions. Really, it’s great as an evergreen notecard to keep in your stash, because it works for all occasions.
