I believe in progress not perfection. It’s easier to get things done, when you have the right mindset. Download this free printable as a daily reminder!
No matter where you are at in your life, there’s no doubt that you can always improve something. We all have aspects we want to work on and more often than not, we have lots of dreams and goals that just seem out of reach.
Lately, I’ve been feeling that end-of-the-year anxiety. Whenever a new year rolls around, I often find my mind filled with so many thoughts, aspirations and fears… so many feelings that it just seems overwhelming.
So it’s time to reset and guide myself out of this anxious space.
Reset your life!
We have all accomplished things in life and we have all failed at things in life. But I think it’s the most important that we truly believe in a growth mindset, allowing ourselves the possibility of learning and ultimately changing for the better, no matter what happens.
As a first step, I wanted to create this printable quote art that serves as a mantra. It’s a proclamation – I Believe in Progress Not Perfection – that reinforces the idea of moving forward. To me, it ultimately means that you take responsibility for your own life and know that only you can make the changes required. Nothing good will come from grasping for perfection (a total illusion), so simply believe in progress instead.
I designed this printable as a beautiful printable piece of art that you can sign and date – to make it official – and post up so that you can read it to yourself daily. The repetition will truly help to solidify the idea and I really need it for myself as well. This is the first step in creating a reset for yourself.

Keep positive reminders all around using this free art printable quote to decorate and brighten up your living spaces – Create Don’t Hate!
My Design Motivations
Intolerance of any kind seems to be a common problem when you flip through news outlets these days. It’s such a horrible thing, yet we all do it to some degree or another. Judgement of others, rejection of others… or even ourselves!
I want to create something positive and happy to share with you all, so I though the phrase “Create, don’t hate” would be perfect. Because truly, it all comes down to that.
Hate just doesn’t serve us at all… it’s the root of so many problems in our society. Rather, whatever issues may be, it’s creation that will help us find the way. Find solutions, think creatively, make love… all that good stuff. Create!
I know that I’m just a little designer at her desk, tackling the everyday issues of life – like many of you! With all the big issues of this world, it seems impossible to make change. But really, all we have to do is concentrate on creation. Create beautiful things, joyful things, happy things… good things. The more creation there is, the more it will weed out all the other negative stuff – or at least, help to overpower it!
So that’s what this art printable is all about. A simple graphic design with my favorite colors. You can download this letter sized printable to put up all around you house, workplace, planners, art journals – or plaster it up all over the neighborhood!
I hope it will remind you to look towards the positive in life and make you realize you CAN do something. Just create!
Download this 2020 Yearly Calendar and start getting your schedule and plans organized with a full year view at-a-glance.
Yearly Calendar View
It’s never too early (or too late) to start planning and getting organized. I love yearly calendar printables because they give me that at-a-glance view of the entire year.
Here’s a freebie printable I created that is a bit more chic and modern in style. You can use it directly in your paper planner or print to attach to your office space, cubicle, desk, fridge at home… the possibilities are endless.
Yearly Calendar as Habit Tracker
Besides using this as a reference tool to see the date and days for the entire year, it makes a great habit tracker as well. Let’s say you want to workout daily. Just print a copy, write workout and tape it to the wall next to your workout shoes or gear. This way, every time you successful do the habit, you circle the date or X the date. Whatever you prefer. Super easy way to transform a calendar into a habit tracker.
What other uses can you think of? The sky is the limit, I’m sure!
Looking for a cute printable blank calendar for monthly planning? Download this minimal modern design featuring monstera leaves on pink.
When it comes to planning, sometimes you really need to see that monthly overview in a clean and clear format. So I created my own blank monthly calendar printables to help myself with high-level planning or whenever I feel like I need to write it all out.
Originally I designed a very plain monthly calendar with a Monday start, however I have updated the design to be completely a blank monthly calendar that you can fill in yourself. I think that makes it the most versatile, so whether you start on Sunday or Monday, you can use for whatever purpose you need.
Often folks will use printables as a pre-planning insert or a way to brainstorm a plan before committing in your actual bound planner. Others like to have multiple monthly views to put around the house for different applications – such as on the fridge for general family use or in another room for tracking a daily chore. The sky is the limit!
When life is busy and overwhelming, a blank monthly calendar can come in handy to help with a general braindump planning session, right?
Please remember that all my printables are shared with love and are meant for personal use only. Feel free to share this post with friends – I would appreciate it a lot!

Recently, I was on the search for the classic red label sticker and it seems these days there are a lot of variations and fancy ornamental labels out there. But really, I just wanted to super simple and classic versions. So I thought I could just as well design them up, so here’s a printable version of the classic vintage red labels for your papercrafting pleasure.
