Once you start using essential oils there will be recipe blends that you prefer over others. So it’s important to document your favorites, so you will always have them on hand. That’s why I had to create this printable recipe design, because it’s so easy to forget the little details over time.
I keep all my essential oil information in one binder – so it serves as a reference for the whole household.
I think it’s helpful to always write it all down, because trying to remember everything is really just not necessary and a waste of your mental energy. When you have it documented, you’ll always have the exact recipe to refer to and share with others.
Writing a recipe down can also help you personalize your own blends. As you use a certain recipe and experience it over time, you can journal your feelings and thoughts, making notes to help you tweak the blend specifically to your needs and preferences. When it comes to essential oils, just one drop can really change the whole blend!
Some recipes are quick and easy, whereas others might require more writing space, extra notes and details… so I’ve created a full-page version of this recipe bottle design, as well as 4 on a page and 6 on a page. Keep a couple copies of each in your home binder, so you’ll always be ready to document your favorite essential oil recipes.
After posting this bright and happy oily sayings designs as a free printable greeting card here, I decided to offer the design as 12×12 patterned paper as well… for those who want to use it as wrapping paper or within other papercrafting projects.
It’s such a cute design to include in your happy mail or even documentation, like scrapbooking and art journaling… if essential oils are part of your life, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have themed paper for it!
Please remember my free printables are for personal use only. Feel free to share with your friends and social media 🙂
Since learning about essential oils and reaping the many health benefits, I’ve also been compelled to share the news with my friends and family. So I designed this cute printable greeting card with oily phrases just for the occasion – perfect to include in your happy mail packages.
I think this would be adorable to send out as you introduce people to oils or just as a starting point to open up discussions with friends and family. It’s a bright and happy design, so I would use it all the time! Maybe it’ll spark up conversation about essential oils and that is just a bonus! I hope you enjoy this design and print lots of copies to use!

I regularly use essential oils and supplements to help support my well-being, as well as balance my emotions, improve focus and kickstart my motivation. From improving my immune system to alleviating sleeping and digestive issues, I always look for natural solutions for betterment and change. The more I learn about the amazing benefits of essential oil, the more I realize that I need to write things down. So I created this essential oil details page that focuses on one oil and useful notes for my home binder regarding that particular oil.
It’s a great way to learn more about a particular oil and really make the best use of it. Not to mention make notes as you use the oil yourself.
Keeping a details page lets you dive a bit deeper into the benefits of the particular essential oil and helps you learn more, document your learnings and have it as a reference for the entire family.

It’s easy to keep track of your essential oils when you only have a few bottles, but over time your collection grows and our memory can also fail us at times. So I thought it would make sense to create an inventory printable that serves as a master list for your essential oil inventory.
The idea is to log each bottle of essential oil you own, name, bottle size and expiry date, along with any other notes you might want to include. This is a great way to have an at-a-glance view of your essential oils and easily be reminded of the expiry dates, because time flies!
Use this free printable to help you keep track of your essential oils and get the most use out of them.

This free printable will help you keep track of your essential oil wishlist and I find it super handy when it comes time to order more oils. I scan through my list to make an informed decision about what I should actually order at that moment, rather than going with the latest thing I have heard about – because sometimes it might not be what you need right that moment!

Let’s face it, I would like to think my memory is pretty good and I can remember the latest cool essential oil recipe I’m trying out. Unfortunately, life gets busy and time flies, so a few weeks later I have no idea how many drops of what was included in a particular mix. Oops!
It’s great to write your recipes down somewhere, but I think it’s also important to label your spray bottles. If someone else is using it or comes across it, they will know what it contains exactly, instead of something generic like “cleaner.”
So I decided to design these nifty labels that I print on sticker paper and attach to my spray bottles. You can also print on regular paper and use transparent tape to cover it all up – whatever sticks!
The cool thing about these labels is that you can fill in the fields yourself before printing!
Eliminates the mistakes and bad handwriting issues! Your essential oil bottles will be looking pretty and you’ll remember exactly what the recipe was when you need to refill the bottle. No scrambling through old notes, right?

I might be the only geeky person that thinks this is the coolest thing in the world, but recently I saw a perpetual calendar that is basically a bunch of numbers and you slide a frame over the appropriate set of numbers that represent the current month.
OMG! I think it’s totally cool and had the idea to create my own printable of those numbers, because it means I can print out a bunch of copies and cut out the appropriate part that applies to the current month. It saves a load of time and I can have them ready with my crafting and journaling supplies.
You can have a Sunday start or Monday start – or even a Tuesday start if you are weird like that! The point is that the numbers are ordered and you will get a perfect calendar month each and every time. It’s really great for creating mini calendars to stick in your planner. I personally use them for different daily checklists. Like tracking my vitamin intake, no-spend challenges and similar checklists. Whatever you need, it’s a great way to check things off on a mini-calendar. You can easily washi tape it to the wall, fridge or personal notebook.
I don’t know about you, but even though I live crafting, I can live without messing with inks to stamp a perpetual calendar or even writing out all the numbers every time… which especially sucks if you make a mistake!
You can download the PDF of multiple calendars on a full page to print easily or download the single JPG image and size as you need.
Working to organize things at home I’ve realized there is a big need for families to have a home binder with important information documented and readily available.
Especially when it comes to kids and perhaps leaving them with Dad or the babysitters, it’s helpful for them to have a guide to turn to when certain issues come up. Not to get too stereotypical, but as a mama of two, it’s often Dad who has no clue as to where a certain item is located in our home and what to do when the little ones have a certain boo boo. Sure, they can call you up for the info, but it’s usually not an actual emergency, rather everyday information that the person just doesn’t have ingrained in their mind. You know what I mean, right?
A mother’s mind is full of amazing “recipes for life” you might call it – but it’s also a disaster when said mother is away or sick. Since it’s a lot more convenient to have as much documented as possible, I created this home remedy note page printable, so you can start building up your home remedy binder at home. Whatever the ailment, you will need to use some tools to solve the situation, plus notes on how to do it, adverse reactions or special instructions per family (because we are all different).
So this note page is actually really versatile and can be used for any home remedy – I use the term loosely in the sense of anything that can be done at home!
I originally created this note page specifically for my essential oil usage, so that we can document as a family what works and is more preferable for each member of the family and if there are any special notes to consider. It’s great for documenting and over time, refining the best recipe as well, as you take notes about the usage.
Download the home remedy note page printable below, so you can start documenting all the important information for your family bind.

I was inspired by Ali Brown recently in her post here about making mini zines with one sheet of paper. I have actually heard of this before, but sort of rediscovered the joy!
I decided to create my own version that is printable and fillable. My thought was to create a positivity zine, so you can add gratitude and journal within it. Also makes a great gift or addition to happy mail that you are sending out. Here’s a quick video showing how you would construct this zine, plus close ups of my design.
You can definitely make your own mini zine and there are a million themes and topics you can touch upon. It’s great for anything you want to duplicate since making copies would be super easy. Try it out and have some zine fun! If you want to print my zine design, you can find it on my patreon here.
